I love nuts…in fact I’m crazy for nuts. I especially like cashews but almonds are good too. They’re one of my favorite, healthy snacks which is why I was really intrigued when I found this article from “Appetite for Health” outlining the health differences from one nut to the next. Good stuff!
In the article the say that…
